Hi, it does not feel this is my 6th article. This article, related to stress.
Everyone must have felt the stress, either because of any problems itu.bahkan, maybe baby children also never feel the stress haha ... I'm just kidding ya guys.biar you also do not come under stress when reading this article.
Stress is a form of tension from the physical, psychological, emotional and mental. This form of tension affects the daily performance of a person. Even stress can make productivity decline, pain and mental disorders. Basically, stress is a form of tension, both physical and mental. Types of stress:
